Ancient Roman Glass pieces are artifacts from the Ancient Roman Empire, and can be unearthed anywhere that the Roman Empire ruled between 2,000 - 3,000 years ago.  As in this piece, the most gorgeous pieces have developed an iridescent patina, caused by a chemical reaction from being buried in the earth for centuries.   It has been hand wrapped in solid sterling silver by our Florida West Artisans - making the artistry of ancient Roman glassmakers into wearable art.  This piece is part of the Florida West Jewelry Relic Collection.
