Carcharocles Auriculatus is an extinct species of large "megatoothed" Lamiform shark and is closely related to the iconic species Carcharodon Megalodon. The largest C. Auriculatus were about 31 ft (9.5 meters) long and had large teeth with two large cusplets. C. Auriculatus teeth have been discovered throughout much of the world.
C. Auriculatus first appeared in the Ypresian stage of the early Eocene period.
